I wanted to let you know how grateful and happy I was with the luncheon you put together for me in April 2010.

Every step of the process was made easy….your quote for the food and services was presented in a timely manner, your willingness to provide the food choices in a way that were pleasing to my requests was excellent.  Everything was set and ready to begin serving at the agreed time and most importantly, the food was FABULOUS.  Many people commended to me during and after the luncheon on the quality of your food and the pleasing way it was presented.  In fact, I still have family members who are making complimentary remarks.

One of the many reasons I would use your business again was your personality and desire to meet the likes and needs of the group being served.  It is not an easy task to make a Polish family who is steeped in traditional family recipes smile, but you did!
